How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The In-home Distribution Coordinator will oversee administrative process behind the commercial agreements in the South Cone, working to collaborate in everything related to the sales processes related to In Home distribution.

The role needs a proactive person, seeking to learn everything related to the area being an important part of the team and relate to other areas of Disney from a commercial point of view.

The Coordinator, In-home Distribution will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of contracts with templates previously established with legal.
  • Loading of documentation in systems, control, and monitoring.
  • Billing control and subscriber’s control.
  • Administrative control of customer contracts and department contracts
  • Administrative support for clients with documentation requests
  • Preparation of the OP for vendor payment
  • Request and consolidation of information for customer credit analysis.
  • Centralize the information of the different countries.
  • Compile market information (retail Price products, new releases, etc ).
  • Monthly information updating
  • Contact with different clients as well as working with Legal, Billing and Marketing teams.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 1 year of experience in related tasks.
  • Student or graduate in Marketing, Administration or similar.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word & Power Point.
  • Strong analytical mindset and detailed oriented
  • Interpersonal communication and ability to work in a fast pace changing environment.
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • Proactivity, curiosity and ability to learn.
