How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

Disney’s Digital & Streaming Operations team is seeking a Digital Ad Operations Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our new Operations team across our exciting brands.

With the launch of our new streaming business in LATAM our operational team will be guaranteed the correct implementation of our full digital portfolio, including also own sites and programmatic business.

The digital Ad Operations works closely with TWDC Ad Sales team and our agencies and advertisers. This role will leverage their in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising & programmatic ecosystem along with strong organizational, analytical and project management skills to provide exceptional client service while identifying post-sale opportunities for account growth. In this role you will be part of a regional work team, and you will be partnered with the leader of the Digital & Streaming Operations team and with the others Ad Ops regional managers.

As a Manager of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the local team ensuring and facilitating the streaming, digital and programmatic implementation, trafficking, tracking and reporting of our Ad Sales teams campaigns. You will manage a team of Digital AdOps Specialists, guiding career pathing and development, as well as assisting them on projects, training, deal workload, higher level troubleshooting, and day to day oversight. You will report and work with the manager of operations regional team, providing daily insights, reporting and team business status and you will have to have the ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time.

This role will drive operational management of our new streaming business in LATAM, concerns, billing workflow changes, feature enhancements, etc. In addition, this Manager will coordinate with fellow of the rest of the team in BRA and MEX on key initiatives and process improvements

You will also be asked to collaborate internally with commercial, billing, marketing and finance teams, workflow optimizations, and system access.

The manager of Digital Ad operations will be accountable for:

  • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the right execution of streaming and digital campaigns.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital campaigns.
  • Leading and guiding the local AdOperations team.
  • Providing daily business campaign status and feedback.
  • Consistently monitors and reviews campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance.
  • Assist clients and sales teams in the billing and reconciliation process.
  • Provides superior client service.
  • Identifying and escalating troubleshooting.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience working in digital media & trafficking.
  • Experience compiling and analyzing campaign performance reports for digital advertising.
  • Experience analyzing general business trends and providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Seeks out partnerships across the organization to test new ideas and grow the business.
  • Experience managing the development of custom advertising products.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system, as well as basic understanding Web development highly desirable.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams.
  •  Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  •  Proficiency in working in all advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, including but not limited to: Google Ad Manager and Operative 1 § Self-motivated and extremely well organized.
  • Ability to analyze and derive insights from digital business data.
  •  Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships.
  •  Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time
