How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The D2C Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the overall Latam streaming organization, working with the business and operations teams in preparing fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analyses as needed.
- Support and collaborate in ongoing subscriber modelling.
- Work on improving projections of subscription drivers (sign-ups, retention, churn, etc).
- Help drive revenue, direct costs and overhead forecasts, budgets and long term plans.
- Analyze and track business performance relative to projections, identifying and explaining major variances.
- Develop KPIs to help communicate performance and impact business decisions.
- Communicate regularly with business partners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information.
- Partner with the Business Development team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (F&PA), Finance Strategy, Finance Modelling and related fields.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset and detailed oriented
- Interpersonal communication and ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
- Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation”
- Team player - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Results-oriented, decisive.
- Adaptable and flexible, and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment
