How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The PTP Analyst will support our Procure to Pay team and will be responsible for reviewing Purchase Orders requests for LATAM, ensure the timely and accurate regional purchasing procedure, purchasing policies are applied and administrate and control the purchasing process. This role will collaborate with Regional Buyers, Finance, Master Data and Invoice Processing team.
The ideal candidate should have Procure to Pay knowledge and should have proven history of building and maintaining excellent client service relationships, excellent communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to business priority changes with ease.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Review Purchase Orders requests with the Policy and support Invoice and Payments.
- Assist in managing end-to-end procurement processes
- Guide and support Casual Buyers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Student or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent in working experience.
- Intermediate level of english.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (specially Excel) and SAP is a plus.
- Be a person with good diction and communication.
- At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
