How will you contribute to our magical experience?

As an Ad Sales Administration Junior Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting a dynamic multiplatform sales team in a scope of seven South American territories, performing tasks of operative media planning and sales administration.

You will be part of a team collaborating closely with other internal departments, such as Finance, Credit and Collections, Legal Affairs, and Sales Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities.

The Jr. Planner Ad Sales will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating contracts renewal, negotiations approvals, implementation of media ads and purchase orders with direct clients and media agencies.
  • Coordinating internal processes of onboarding new clients and different stakeholders’ post sales requests.
  • Loading purchase orders and administrative documents in Disney AdSales E.R.P.’s.
  • Supervising the execution of Tier I client campaigns (linear and digital).
  • Producing an administrative reconciliation of what was ordered and aired, to replan the inventories and budgets that were not aired.
  • Producing final reconciliation for the Finance billings and reporting teams.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree or Advanced Student of Administration, Accounting, Economy, Information Systems careers.
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience.
  • Intermediate level of English is a plus.
  • Be a person with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and observant to detect any inconsistency within the documentation and requests received.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (specially Excel) and SAP is a plus.
