How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Manager, Disney+ Partnerships, is responsible for driving Disney+ growth and accessibility through strategic distribution partnerships and platform expansion initiatives. This role focuses on embedding Disney+ within broader digital ecosystems, optimizing service integration across platforms and devices, and enabling regional market launches.
This role will collaborate closely and partner cross-functionally with product, marketing,
legal and finance teams regionally and with the partnerships teams in Brazil and Mexico to support and execute regional partnership deals across Latin America, operating from Argentina with a strong regional focus.
The Manager, Disney+ Partnerships will be responsible for:
- Identifying, developing, and managing strategic distribution partnerships to expand Disney+ accessibility and drive subscriber growth across digital ecosystems.
- Leading platform expansion initiatives, embedding Disney+ into bundled offerings, partner platforms, and regional market launches.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to design and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless integration, onboarding, and sustained user engagement.
- Prioritizing and enabling regional opportunities, working with local teams, legal, and finance to support scalable and compliant launches.
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure partner performance, optimize distribution strategies, and unlock new growth opportunities.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 8+ years of experience in service distribution, business development, strategic partnerships, or platform ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the streaming and media landscape, device platforms, and digital distribution models.
- Proven experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships with senior external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in matrixed, regional, or global organizations.
- Analytical mindset with strong comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with subscription-based digital products or consumer platforms.
- Background in regional or international market expansion.
- Familiarity with bundled services, loyalty programs, or fintech and lifestyle ecosystems.
- Advanced level of English is a must.
