How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Analyst to join our Contract Management & Revenue Accounting team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building scalable data infrastructure, improving operational visibility, and automating revenue-related workflows. You will bridge the gap between finance and technology, driving meaningful improvements to how we manage contracts, recognize revenue, and report on financial performance.

The Senior Analyst, Contract Management & Revenue Accounting will be responsible for: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance, contract milestones, and reconciliation status.
  • Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into intuitive, self-service reporting solutions.
  • Establish and document KPI definitions, data lineage, and dashboard governance standards.
  • Build and manage a structured SharePoint Online site to centralize contract documentation, policies, guidelines and training materials.
  • Design logical document libraries, metadata schemas, and permission structures to support audit-readiness and ease of access.
  • Create and maintain training hubs and onboarding resources for team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implement Microsoft Lists for lightweight contract tracking and task management within SharePoint.
  • Identify, design, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline revenue reconciliation, approvals, and exception alerts.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate recurring data pulls, transformations, and reconciliation checks.
  • Partner with Revenue Accounting internal team to document current-state processes and implement technology-driven improvements.
  • Support quarter-end close by ensuring automated reconciliation pipelines are accurate, reliable, and well-documented.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools and data processes within the team.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure data consistency and system alignment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance financial controls.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or financial operations analytical role.
  • Degree in economy, finance, accounting or related fields.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, and report publishing.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building approval and notification workflows.
  • Solid working knowledge of SharePoint Online (site creation, libraries, permissions, metadata).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including Power Query, pivot tables, and dynamic reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Interpersonal communication and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • High energy level; strong work ethic.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker.
  • Exhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment.
