How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr. Analyst, Ad Measurement & Insights will be responsible for the execution, analysis and interpretation of media, audience and advertising measurement data, as well as ad‑hoc research studies, across Disney’s portfolio, including linear TV, streaming, radio and digital platforms (websites, YouTube and social media channels).
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to connect and interpret data from multiple sources, and a strategic mindset to identify actionable insights that support commercial decision‑making across advertisers and agencies
The Sr. Analyst, Ad Measurement & Insights will be responsible for:
- Execute and analyze ad‑hoc quantitative and qualitative studies, leveraging a combination of syndicated data, primary research and social listening.
- Analyze, interpret and integrate audience, media and digital analytics data from multiple sources (e.g., CPV, Instar, TechEdge, GWI, Comscore, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, among others) to build robust, cross‑media narratives.
- Deliver campaign measurement and effectiveness analyses, including Brand Lift and post‑campaign reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, providing clear briefs, ongoing guidance and strong day‑to‑day leadership to ensure high‑quality outputs and alignment with objectives.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, structured outputs (tables, charts, reports and presentations) that enable insight discovery and strategic discussion.
- Participate in meetings with clients and agencies, acting as a measurement and analytics expert with clear, confident and professional communication.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 4+ years of experience in media and audience research, ad measurement and/or advertising effectiveness.
- Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics or related fields
- Advanced level in English
- Measurement tools: intermediate knowledge of campaign tools such as Brand Lift studies, Attention Metrics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and creative testing
- Familiarity with syndicated research platforms such as TGI, GWI, Comscore, Kantar Cross-Platform View, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with large and complex datasets.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify insights, implications and clear “so‑what’s” beyond the data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex findings clearly to internal teams, agencies and clients.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Solid understanding of the local media and advertising environment.
- Background or strong interest in sports and entertainment content is a plus.
