How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr Analyst, Product Marketing will join the team to drive the performance and continuous improvement of Disney+ owned experiences across LATAM, ensuring these platforms effectively support subscriber acquisition, engagement, and value perception in alignment with business priorities.
As the analytical backbone of the Growth Marketing team, this role transforms data into actionable insights and recommendations across Disney’s consumer-facing digital experiences, including Marketing Landing Pages (MLPs), subscription sign-up funnels, the Explore Disney+ editorial site, and the Perks site.
Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, identifying friction points and growth opportunities, and evaluating the impact of testing and optimization initiatives. Through data-driven insights, this role informs roadmap prioritization and optimization strategies aimed at improving user experience, conversion performance, subscriber engagement, SEO & GEO outcomes, and benefit adoption.
The Sr Analyst, Product Marketing will be responsible for:
Performance Insights & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate performance across Disney+ owned digital experiences.
- Identify optimization opportunities, friction points, and growth levers across main LATAM markets, devices and plans.
- Partner with Analytics teams to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and subscriber value perception.
- Support prioritization decisions by developing clear business cases and identifying the highest-impact opportunities across owned platforms.
Experimentation & Test-and-Learn
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of testing results for Marketing Landing Pages (MLPs), subscription sign-up funnels, the Explore Disney+ editorial site, and the Perks site.
- Develop hypotheses and optimization recommendations based on data.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify experimentation opportunities and ensure learnings are incorporated into future initiatives.
Industry Intelligence & Strategic Recommendations
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices across streaming, subscription, ecommerce, and digital consumer businesses.
- Leverage internal performance insights and external benchmarks to identify new opportunities and inform optimization strategies.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Product, or a related field.
- +3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, business intelligence, growth, digital product, web strategy, e-commerce, subscription businesses, or related areas.
- Preferred industries: Subscription-based / DTC (streaming, digital services), consumer tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, telecom. Experience in LATAM multi-market operations is strongly preferred.
Technical expertise:
- Solid experience in digital marketing, growth, digital product, web strategy, e-commerce, subscription businesses, or related areas Understanding of conversion rate optimization, digital customer journeys, UX principles, and funnel performance drivers
- Experience working on SEO & GEO driven content experiences, editorial platforms, or discoverability strategies is preferred
- Experience with subscriber-facing experiences such as benefits, perks, loyalty, engagement, or retention journeys is a plus
- Experience in streaming, entertainment, media, direct-to-consumer, or other digital consumer brands is preferred.
Work tools/ Systems/ Software required and level of expertise:
- Web analytics and performance reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) with the ability to monitor traffic, engagement, conversion, and behavioral performance.
- Ability to work with data sources, dashboards, and business reporting environments to translate performance into actionable recommendations (Snowflake, Looker, PowerBI or similar)
- Experience using A/B testing or experimentation platforms (or equivalent testing methodologies) to define, measure, and interpret optimization opportunities.
- Experience working with SEO & GEO tools and performance reporting platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, keyword monitoring tools, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proficiency in presentation and business communication tools (e.g., Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Comfort working with project management and collaboration tools used in cross-functional environments (e.g., Airtable, Jira, or similar)

- Strong communication skills: clear narratives, structured recommendations, and concise storytelling.
- High ownership, and ability to operate in ambiguity / fast-changing environments.
- Strong test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to turn hypotheses into structured experiments and actionable learnings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- High level of organization and execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Languages:
- Spanish: Fluent.
- English: Fluent / Advanced (written and spoken)
- Portuguese: Nice to have (given LATAM scope)
