How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr. Analyst, Product Operations LATAM supports the alignment between regional business, operational needs, and the global product roadmap for the Disney+ streaming platform. This role works closely with LATAM stakeholders and global product teams to ensure regional priorities are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively represented.
The position focuses on execution, coordination, and analysis, reviewing existing product flows, identifying regional needs, and providing structured input to adapt and optimize the product experience for LATAM. This role plays a key part in translating business requirements into actionable insights, supporting backlog management, and contributing to continuous improvements in user experience and business performance across the region.
The Sr. Analyst, Product Operations LATAM will be responsible for:
- Act as a liaison between LATAM business teams and Global Product, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on regional needs.
- Document product opportunities based on business needs, user feedback, legal requirements, and data insights.
- Analyze and report benchmarking insights across different product dimensions.
- Contribute to execution by drafting and reviewing PRDs, managing backlog items, and coordinating with Product and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate the definition and refinement of user-facing copy in collaboration with journey owners, Legal, and Marketing, ensuring clarity and consistency across the experience.
- Track experiments end-to-end, from initiation to completion, documenting results and key learnings.
- Create and maintain product analytics dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver reporting materials to ensure regional alignment and visibility.
- Contribute to building internal knowledge around the platform, user behavior, and competitive landscape.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, tech producer, digital strategy, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English (is a must)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Google Suite).
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
- Background in digital platforms, commerce, streaming, or media.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product documentation.
- Experience working in digital products development or delivery environments.
