How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Senior Designer will collaborate in different projects linked to Star and ESPN content. They should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and experience in execution of digital projects from conception to production.
Ultimately, the role requires to ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines. The Sr. Digital Designer will deliver high quality assets for all social media platforms, helping reach target audiences with a consistent and fresh message. Also in a hands-on role, overseeing projects and ensuring the team meets tight deadlines.  An Integral part of our in-house digital creative team which will help raise the quality and meet strategic goals. Most importantly our in-house digital design team will help with all assets for.

The Senior Designer will be responsible for:

  • In a “hands on” role, oversee projects from concept to completion.
  • Review the work of junior designers to ensure high quality.
  • Conceptualize and generate ideas to meet objectives, strategies and needs.
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling and creative across digital customer touch points.
  • Manage collaboration with multiple teams, establishing workflows and developing creative work. 
  • Design high quality content across all relevant social and digital channels. Making sure the message is always clear, consistent and fresh for all target audiences.
  • Have a very strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.
  • Design social media resources including but not limited to memes, gifs, small animations, short videos, collateral materials and brand identity as needed.
  • Produce mockups and graphics for pitch presentations.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design for digital platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After FX)
  • Previous experience with Motion graphics (required)
  • Degree in Graphic design or similar careers.
  • Passionate on creating excellent design work, motivated to share and learn with your design team, and driven to improve
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and strong time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, experience with content strategy, and understanding marketing business goals
  • Intermediate English is a requirement.
