How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr. Manager, Business Development & Project Management will play a pivotal role in supporting company leadership by developing and executing a cohesive strategic plan across multiple lines of business. This position is responsible for providing relevant insights and high-quality support for leadership to advance in the strategic plans oriented to fostering user growth, managing new content initiatives, managing licensing deals and forging commercial partnerships that drive distribution and revenue.
The Sr. Manager, Business Development & Project Management will be responsible for:
- Driving cross-functional strategic integrations, partnering with different business leaders to build a seamless 360° ecosystem and implement AI-driven integrations that enhance platform capabilities and develop an integrated experience for the customer.
- Developing and executing distribution and partnership strategies, including the identification, structuring, and negotiation of bundled offerings with strategic partners to expand reach and accelerate user acquisition.
- Supporting content licensing and acquisition efforts, contributing to negotiations and ensuring the development of a diverse, competitive, and high-quality content portfolio aligned with business priorities.
- Advancing monetization opportunities, collaborating with commercial teams to position ad inventory, enable programmatic integrations, and unlock new revenue streams across platforms.
- Leading proactive market and competitive analysis, identifying whitespace opportunities across geographies, audiences, and content, while anticipating competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
- Generating actionable strategic insights, translating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence into recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
- Informing product and innovation roadmaps, identifying emerging trends such as AI-driven discovery, interactive experiences and partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Driving bundling and ecosystem strategies, evaluating and scaling partnership models that enhance distribution, strengthen value propositions, and create long-term growth opportunities.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles, with a strong track record driving growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in media, entertainment, streaming, telecom, or digital platforms, with understanding of subscription-based and/or ad-supported business models.
- Strong experience in partnership development and deal structuring, including negotiation of commercial agreements (distribution, bundling, licensing).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations, from strategy to execution.
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, including content distribution, monetization models, and platform dynamics.
- Experience leveraging data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends (e.g., AI-driven personalization, programmatic advertising, digital product innovation) and their application to business strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- High level of adaptability, agility, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Advanced level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields); MBA or equivalent is a plus.
