How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Consumer Insights Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and supporting the execution of ongoing consumer and media insights projects. This role plays a key part in understanding key dynamics of the content and SVOD market, supporting decision-making across development, production, marketing, and business teams.
The position combines strong analytical capabilities with cross-functional collaboration, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic and creative decisions.
The Consumer Insights Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Analyzing large volumes of media and consumer data using SQL to extract meaningful insights.
- Identifying patterns, correlations, and trends in data and relate them to socio-cultural variables.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SVOD platforms.
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Creative, Content development and Content strategy teams.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- +4 years of experience in similar roles
- Degree in economy, sociology, data science or related fields.
- Passion for entertainment industry.
- Ability to handle and analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in descriptive statistics.
- Experience in market research studies.
- Knowledge in R or Python and Power BI (nice to have).
- Preferred Industries: Media, Entertainment, Market research or similar backgrounds is a plus.
