How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

We are seeking a Digital Strategist Supervisor for Disney+ LATAM to lead digital and social media strategy for regional campaigns, including launches and always-on initiatives. The role partners closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction, insights, and performance recommendations, while collaborating with Social Media on campaign execution. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and able to connect with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

The Supervisor, Digital Strategist will be responsible for:

Develop and lead digital and social media strategies for our Streaming campaigns, including launches and always-on initiatives.

Translate marketing objectives into clear digital approaches, platform strategies, and KPIs.

Act as a strategic connector between Marketing and Creative teams, ensuring alignment from briefing through execution.

Provide clear strategic input and direction to guide content development across platforms.

Collaborate with Creative teams to ensure ideas are aligned with audience insights, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.

Work in close collaboration with an external agency, for all campaigns data and performance analytics, to extract actionable insights and strategic learnings.

Build clear reports and presentations that inform optimization, future planning, and decision-making.

Monitor social conversations, audience behavior, and cultural trends relevant to streaming brands and titles.

Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark regional and global streaming platforms and entertainment accounts, identifying opportunities and best practices.

Translate learnings from social listening and benchmarks into strategic recommendations.

Apply social-first thinking to content strategies, formats, and platform usage.

Stay up to date on platform evolutions, best practices, and emerging digital trends across LATAM.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3 or more years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge in entertainment, consumer brands, or digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social platform dynamics and how to plan strategically across them (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong eye for creative quality with the ability to assess storytelling, tone, and creative performance across formats.
  • Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or production partners.
  • Proficiency with social platforms and production tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
