How will you contribute to our magical experience?
We’re looking for a Supervisor, Pricing & Commercial Strategy, to help shape how we price, package, and monetize our Pay TV, streaming, and digital advertising products across the region.
This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial execution. You will help design the frameworks, pricing logic, and analytical models that guide our commercial strategy, enabling the organization to make smarter decisions about pricing, inventory monetization, and market positioning.
You will work closely with commercial leadership, sales teams, and regional stakeholders to turn complex market signals and performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and excited about influencing pricing strategy in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem
The Supervisor, Pricing & Commercial Strategy will be responsible for:
- Help design and evolve the pricing strategy and commercial planning frameworks used across the region.
- Build analytical models and scenario simulations to evaluate pricing structures, packaging strategies, and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory dynamics, and market trends across Pay TV, streaming, and digital products to identify monetization opportunities.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and forecast models to support pricing and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with sales, finance, and regional leadership to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
- Support and help structure the strategic framework for agency negotiations, including pricing guidelines, deal structures, and performance analysis.
- Standardize pricing methodologies, reporting structures, and commercial insights across markets.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that influence pricing decisions and commercial planning.
- Champion the exploration and adoption of AI-driven tools and analytical approaches to improve pricing models, forecasting, and commercial insights.
- Continuously improve how the organization uses data to drive pricing and revenue optimization.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial planning, or strategy roles preferably on a tech or media company or agency
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, media, marketing, data or relevant experience
- Advanced level of English
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand, challenge, and refine stakeholder needs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results
