Job Duties:

  • Assist with calling/completing WDAS Help Desk requests
  • Provide supply room items as requested and keep items organized and fully stocked
  • Assist with sales of Merchandise Corner items
  • Keep Merchandise Corner stock organized in the Supply Room and in the storage room
  • Report vending machine issues and ensure inventory is at acceptable levels
  • Assist with the set-up of bagels every Monday
  • Assist with distribution of employee giveaways
  • Help with other events as requested
  • Identify common areas in the building that require maintenance/repairs
  • Keep mail station organized and tidy
  • Deliver paychecks as needed
  • Maintain food areas in the caffeine patch, including fresh fruit, cereal bar and peak time snacks
  • Respond to fan mail & forward unsolicited submissions as outlined by WDAS Legal

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 25 pounds from time to time as required.
  • Move and handle boxes of merchandise throughout the building, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Motivated, creative and highly curious nature
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc.
  • Resourceful, flexible and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, at times conflicting demands and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work early morning hours or flexible work hours, as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

The pay rate for this role in Burbank, CA is $20.20 per hour.
