Job Summary:

The Coordinator, Affiliate Marketing & Services supports marketing and promotional efforts for ABC Affiliate stations and affiliated distribution partners. This role coordinates the development, organization, and distribution of marketing assets, assists with promotional campaigns, tracks deliverables, and helps ensure affiliates receive timely resources that support local marketing, viewership engagement, and network priorities.

The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day project coordination, collaborating with internal teams and affiliate partners to ensure marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and reporting requirements are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing Support

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional asset distribution for ABC Affiliate stations and affiliated partners.

  • Maintain distribution schedules and ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Support affiliate requests by gathering assets, information, and campaign materials from internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in communicating programming priorities, promotional opportunities, and marketing resources to affiliate partners.

  • Compile and organize affiliate-facing materials, presentations, and reference documents.

Campaign Coordination & Asset Management

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including on-air, digital, social, radio, and out-of-home promotions.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and asset routing to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate creative review and approval workflows while maintaining adherence to marketing, brand, and legal guidelines.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, project trackers, and asset libraries.

  • Assist with promotional reporting and campaign performance recaps.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Affiliate Services, Marketing, Creative, Production, Programming, Station Relations, and Partnerships.

  • Facilitate communication between affiliate partners and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are addressed efficiently.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, presentations, webinars, and affiliate events.

  • Assist with onboarding materials, training resources, and presentation preparation.

Project & Operational Support

  • Maintain project management systems and workflow tools to support team organization and visibility.

  • Monitor deliverables and proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks.

  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and program documentation as needed.

  • Generate reports and status updates to support team planning and decision-making.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and communication across the team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in marketing, media, project coordination, communications, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, media organizations, or affiliate/distribution businesses.

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Airtable or similar workflow tools.

  • Experience coordinating creative assets and marketing materials.

  • Interest in television, entertainment, and media marketing.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field.


The hiring range for this position in Burbank is $54,000 to $72,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
