Job Summary:

FX is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to three executives within our Digital Media team. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative operations, including calendars, travel, expenses, and administrative workflows, while also supporting the coordination of assigned projects and deliverables across the department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to one SVP and two VPs, including managing phones, calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, mail distribution, courier requests, and related administrative tasks.

  • Deliver day‑to‑day logistical and operational support for the Digital Media team, including ordering supplies, partnering with IT on troubleshooting needs, and coordinating with Facilities on office moves and concerns.

  • Partner with the executive team to support assigned projects and initiatives by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, coordinating inputs from cross‑functional teams, and maintaining project documentation and status updates.

  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment of priorities, deadlines, and next steps.

  • Support cross‑functional meetings by assisting with scheduling, tracking action items, and following up on action items.

Basic Requirements

  • At least one year of experience

  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a professional office environment required, with a strong preference for supporting executives in television, media, or production.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion.

  • Proven ability to work professionally and confidently with a wide range of personalities, including show producers, executives, and talent, both by phone and in person.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating administrative processes and supporting projects across multiple stakeholders or teams.


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,700 to $72,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
