The Unified Marketing organization aligns marketing talent across The Walt Disney Company to elevate campaigns, drive business goals, and foster agility in a rapidly evolving landscape. Within this structure, the Enterprise Marketing functions operate as a global team, partnering closely with segment and international markets to deliver scale, modern processes, and resource flexibility.
Housed within Enterprise Marketing, Corporate Brand and Franchise teams lead the strategy and execution of enterprise brand campaigns and synergy initiatives, oversee company brand priorities and drive fan engagement strategies that strengthen affinity across audiences. Disney Corporate Creative Resources lead key company events such as D23, The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, and the Disney Archives.
As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance, supporting our Brand, Franchise, and DCCR business partners. This includes preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, and quarterly forecasts for labor and non-labor expenses across these various teams.
This role provides the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of our corporate marketing functions and requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, excellent time management, and attention to detail.

- Prepare and analyze quarterly, annual, and 5-year operating plans
- Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management and other high-level executives
- Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of leadership

Required Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of prior work experience preferred
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Developed effective business and financial acumen
- A highly professional "client service orientation"
- Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written settings
- The flexibility to work with different personalities
- Produce detailed work without data errors
- Sharp presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving
- A versatile "special-projects" orientation coupled with confirmed multi-tasking abilities
- An inherent curiosity driving to ask the right questions
- Experience working in Excel and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $87,200 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
