Department Summary:
The Disney+ Brand & Post-Theatrical Creative Marketing Operations team is responsible for operational and production support behind Disney+ Brand, Bundle, and Post-Theatrical creative development for AV and static campaigns. The team works closely with Creative Leads to ensure schedules, budgets, and guidelines are adhered to, backout schedules are created, and target delivery dates are met and works across the Disney Entertainment Studios and TV segments, with Studio and Streaming partners.
Position Summary:
This role provides coordinator support across AV and Static workflow with internal stakeholders. The position will keep work moving by tracking deliverables and timelines, ensuring assets are trafficked accurately and across multiple creative marketing campaigns, and handle billing and invoicing. Someone who communicates well, proactively anticipates needs and is detail-oriented will thrive in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as an operational resource for AV and Static workflows across Disney+ campaigns.
Own the intake, tracking, and organization of all creative assets and materials to ensure a seamless flow from intake to delivery.
Coordinate and fulfill asset delivery requests for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global partners.
Maintain a deep working knowledge of AV and Key Art deliverables to support complex multi-title and cross-campaign initiatives.
Support title localization operations by facilitating the transition from master creative asset to localized, market-ready assets to share with regional marketing teams.
Support with title clearance processes and drive the operational start for title treatment localization.
Maintain billing, invoice processing, and payment tracking for all agencies and partners.
Point of contact for Capgemini and Finance to resolve issues regarding payments and vendor accounts.
Manage vendor lifecycle tasks, including system access, security assessments, and supporting the execution of MSAs and SOWs.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Media, Entertainment, a studio or Creative Agency
Working knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets), including tracking deliverables, managing data, and maintaining operational documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of file formats across both AV and Static deliverables.
Knowledge of systems like SAP, AirTable, etc.
The hiring range for this position in California is $54,000.00 to $72,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
