About the Role & Program: Disney Entertainment’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the Hulu and Disney+ streaming businesses, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere! The DTC Strategy team shapes business plans and delivers market intelligence to Disney+ and Hulu's leaders, collaborating across the company to spark innovation and fuel profitable growth. Our high-impact team:
Creates innovative growth strategies across content, pricing, product, and market expansion
Identifies and evaluates game-changing strategic partnerships
Translates complex analysis into clear strategies that enable Disney's biggest streaming decisions
The approximate dates of this internship are May/June - August 2025.

Preferred Qualifications:
Analytically rigorous coursework and/or prior internships
Experience with Excel modeling
Education:
- Current junior (Class of 2026) with strong academic achievement
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Additional Information:
- Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
- Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
