About the Role & Program

The Disney Character Voices team manages translation and dubbing for Disney content worldwide. As an intern with Disney Character Voices International, you'll support global localization by providing resources and guidance to teams and stakeholders.

This full-time internship is based in Burbank, CA from May to August 2026.

What You Will Do

As part of our team, you’ll manage The Walt Disney Company's localized assets and terminology. If you want daily challenges and high-level work on classic titles, the DCVI Team is where your skills and experience will shine.

  • Research, collect, and organize localized files and data for TWDC business units

  • Help with technology and workflows in localization

  • Support DCV Domestic team on projects like toys, video games, and theme park shows

  • Coordinate international requests with local DCVI teams

  • Assist with accounting, billing, and invoices

  • Use software such as Smartsheet, Google trackers, Microsoft Project, and Disney-owned systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication.

  • Advanced skills in data analysis and strong analytical thinking abilities.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Highly process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Extensive knowledge of Disney film, television, and music history.

  • Possesses a genuine curiosity for diverse languages and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of communication styles and strategies tailored to different levels of management

  • Demonstrates a strong curiosity regarding innovative methods for addressing complex challenges

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework with a business, entertainment, Film/ Television

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Must provide full work availability from June through August 2026.

  • Must provide own housing and transportation, position is located in Burbank, CA.
