The ABC & Hulu Originals Drama team is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As an Executive Assistant at ABC & Hulu Originals, you will materially impact the productivity and efficiency of the team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of consistently achieving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Drama.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a very busy calendar for the SVP (schedule meetings, answer phones, manage call sheets); make travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication.
- Capture meeting minutes and track action items.
- Manage and evaluate incoming submissions of written and visual materials and keep an accurate account of all materials that are submitted.
- Provide other administrative support for the team as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative assistant experience, with prior experience supporting a senior level executive at a literary agency, network or studio.
- Ability to anticipate administrative needs, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong technical proficiency in all Microsoft and Google applications (Airtable experience appreciated).
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of the Burbank, CA office and be onsite at least four days per week.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for details.
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and passion for television and media.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,600 to $79,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
