This Executive Assistant role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for Marvel and the television industry.

You will assist executives who oversee the development, production, distribution, and overall strategy of television while gaining valuable experience in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to team of executives within the television department, including scheduling meetings, rolling calls, maintaining daily schedules, preparing/submitting expense reports, arranging travel, etc.
  • Continuously prioritize meeting requests and schedule accordingly.
  • Track various creative, production, and performance related data/milestones.
  • Organize and file documents, notes, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing creative and production databases.
  • Work collaboratively with executive assistants across other Marvel Studios and Disney departments.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings including reserving and setting up spaces, AV prep, arranging food/drink, helping with agendas, taking notes, and following up.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events/celebrations such as screenings, team milestones, etc.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to projects, contracts, and personnel matters.
  • Assist other department members as necessary and acts as back up for other assistants on team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the television industry is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sharp technical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation programs.
  • Enthusiasm for Marvel Studios, with a desire to contribute to the success of exciting television projects.


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
