The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for an Experience Delivery Coordinator to join the Learning and Talent Solutions (L&TS) Center of Excellence. This team is a highly visible group that plays an integral role in developing leaders and shaping the employee experience across the organization. 

What You Will Do

Enterprise Program Logistics and Coordination (50%)

  • Support the implementation and sustainment of virtual and in-person development experiences by executing daily project deliverables based off of established processes and timelines, working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, and providing access to resource and materials.

  • Create and maintain program offerings and accurate enrollment data via internal Learning Management System (D Learn).

  • Coordinate onsite event logistics such as room reservation, catering, and AV; build a strong network across cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless delivery of in-person programs.

  • Travel locally to set up and tear down, often several per week, including driving personal vehicle within Burbank and Glendale to transport materials as needed. Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.

  • Enhance operational how-to manuals for each experience with a strong focus on process improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiency for long-term sustainment.

  • Maintain up-to-date program operation guides in shared folders and reach out to appropriate teams for version control as necessary.

  • Assist in delivering virtual learning experience via Zoom and other platforms; moderate breakout rooms, chats, and other tools during live virtual sessions.

  • Schedule and support all stakeholders involved in each experience including facilitators, panelists, coaches, on-site coordinators, and send thorough communication/calendaring accordingly.

  • Monitor team inbox and field inquiries to the appropriate people or teams.

  • Monitor Training Room Calendar/Inbox and approve or deny guest requests to use Enterprise Learning & Development facilities

  • Escalate issues, inquires, and suggestion to Program Manager and Delivery Manager through daily check-ins and project team updates.

  • Order, produce, distribute and maintain accurate inventory of all course and training room materials across all experiences with a focus on holistic material ordering, management, and shipping.

Program Communication (45%)

  • Demonstrated professionalism and maturity in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly interacting with all levels of employees.

  • Execute daily deliverables off of established timelines and project management tools for multiple experiences, which includes personalized participant and leader communications by via mass-mailing tools such as SalesForce.

  • Respond to participant and stakeholder inquiries regarding various development programs and assist with enrollment, cancellations or withdrawals via designated inbox.

  • Provide trends and observations for what is working well or needs improvement to provide quality communications and efficient timelines.

  • Partner closely with the Program Managers to maintain and enhance program communication templates.

                                          

Special Assignments for Learning & Talent Solutions (5%)

  • Proactively learn and develop new skills including: facilitation, presentation, instructional design, research & development, data analysis, etc.

  • Enjoys opportunities to foster a sense of community among teams and participating in discussions around inclusivity.       

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years in high-volume event planning or operations with a strong focus on organization and customer service.

  • Experience working in a corporate environment communicating with stakeholders at all levels across businesses.

  • Strong ability to manage time efficiently and work within a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrate high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros and vlookups.

  • Experience and working knowledge in SalesForce Marketing Cloud.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience              


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $47,900.00-$64,100.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
