Are you passionate about HR and bring an out of the box perspective? Disney is looking for a Graduate Associate to support the Enterprise Talent Management Team in re-imagining talent practices and processes across TWDC. As a Talent Management Graduate Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the strategic initiatives of one of the world's most innovative and admired entertainment companies. This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and inspirational environment that supports Disney's global storytelling mission for our employees.
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 – December 2025.
What You Will Do
Partner in the creative design of project plans for enterprise initiatives that will shape our talent strategy frameworks across Talent Management.
Collaborate with team members to create, design, and develop innovative talent management products that are visually appealing and practical for our leaders and employees around the globe.
Conduct research on best practices in Skills Management & Talent Planning and contribute to the development of new strategies.
Assist in the coordination and execution of Talent Management programs and initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Planning & Skills Management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Enrolled in a Graduate program related to HR field
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great collaboration and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn and comfort with ambiguity
