About the Role & Program:
Hulu is looking for an intern to support our Brand Social and Brand Marketing Strategy teams as we build toward what's next. We're looking for someone creative, organized, sharp, and eager to learn.

This role reports into Josh Hatala on Hulu Brand Social with shared responsibilities supporting Brand Marketing Strategy.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, California area from June 2026-January 2027.

What You Will Do:

You'll assist with social content, help plan brand initiatives, and get an up-close look at how we create real audience connection. From spotting cultural moments to bringing fresh, creative ideas, you'll help the brand show up authentically in the places that matter.

  • Support the development and execution of social and marketing campaigns, contributing to creative development, campaign briefs, and asset coordination and routing.
  • Assist with research, project tracking, and managing timelines and deliverables across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Help build and finalize marketing decks by gathering inputs from internal partners.
  • Support campaign reporting, helping identify key takeaways and learnings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Actively engaged on a wide array of social media platforms with knowledge of content formats, functionality, and the latest trends.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Managed time and priorities to consistently meet deadlines and maintain organized work in a collaborative environment.
  • Active interest in entertainment and streaming supported by relevant experience, coursework, or industry awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Premiere, Photoshop, Google Workspace and with tools like Airtable.
  • Previous internship experience in entertainment and media.

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred.
  • Major or previous coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or related major preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from June 2026 through January 2027
  • Fully available from Monday through Friday, primarily, and occasionally nights and weekends for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
