About the Role & Program
What You Will Do
- Support the daily operations of both virtual and in-person employee development experiences by researching and documenting regional resources, calendaring of sessions, working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, and providing access to resources and materials.
- Execute logistical deliverables for New Hire Orientation and leadership development programs, such as enrollment management, communication deployment, inbox management, and materials inventory.
- Maintain program offerings and accurate enrollment data in Learning Management System
- Assist in delivering virtual learning experiences via Zoom and other platforms; moderate breakout rooms, chats, and other tools during live virtual sessions.
- Travel locally to set up and tear down events, often several per week, including driving personal vehicle within Burbank and Glendale to transport materials as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven professionalism and integrity in written and verbal communication, thoughtfully interacting with all levels of employees
- Demonstrated project management, data management and organization skills
- Experience working in both PC and Mac environments
- Intermediate Excel skills

Education
- A junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
- Enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 - June 2025
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
- This internship is a primarily on-site position -- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Burbank, CA area. Also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.
The pay rate for this internship in California is $22.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
