Job Summary:

The Manager, Finance – Addressable Ad Sales plays a critical role in shaping the financial narrative of one of The Walt Disney Company's fastest-growing businesses. This role owns revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis across key DTC ad revenue streams — including DMVPD (Live) and non-video/sponsorship — while driving finance transformation initiatives that improve how the team works. By combining deep analytical rigor with cross-functional partnership across Ad Sales, DTC Finance, Controllership, and Strategy, this role directly supports business decision-making, forecast accuracy, and the long-term growth of Disney's addressable advertising business.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • DMVPD Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Lead Hulu Live and Fubo revenue forecasting, close support, and performance analysis. Drive forecast accuracy through deep understanding of drivers, KPIs, and revenue components.
  • Non-Video & Sponsorship Revenue: Oversee forecasting and analysis across third-party/marketplace, integrated marketing, social, and vertical revenue streams. Uncover key variance drivers and translate insights to inform business decisions.
  • Forecast Methodology & Eliminations: Own and optimize eliminations actuals and forecast.
  • Enhance forecasting methodology to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Business Case Support: Lead and shape financial analysis for ad hoc analysis and initiatives.
  • Assess financial impacts and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Finance Transformation & BI/AI Integration: Lead automation and technology-enabled enhancements across forecasting, reporting, and EPM systems. Accelerate process simplification and efficiency improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner and align across Finance, Controllership, Ad Sales, Ad
  • Platforms, and Strategy teams to develop financial inputs and assumptions. Support and influence business case development and decision making.
  • People Leadership: Lead and develop a Senior Financial Analyst. Build analytical ownership and elevate long term capability and independence.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience; media, streaming, or ad-supported business experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions across finance and business partner teams.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to develop structure around ambiguity.
  • Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals.
  • Champions new technologies with a strong learning mindset.
  •  Demonstrated ability to build structure and drive work forward in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ad sales, streaming, or digital media finance a strong plus. ·
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools; enthusiasm for automation and process improvement.
  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or similar data platforms a plus.


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $126,800 to $154,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
