As a Manager in Occupational Health Services you will…
- Be responsible for the strategic operational, clinical, and medical educational functions of the Studio Medical Clinic in Burbank, CA.
- Implement programs that facilitate the development and management of medical staff
- Functions independently and supervises clinical staff of Union nurses ( Local 80 )
- Manages the scheduling of the Union Nurses and processes time cards each week
- Calculates Stages chargebacks for the Union Nurses’ time
- Assigns a nurse to cover Premieres as requested
- Collaborates and supports other corporate partners (Production, Corporate, Marvel, ESPN, for example) to achieve the goals and objectives of the work area
- Maintains skills of the staff to initiate and carry out clinical, procedural, and ethical discourse
- Ensures that all policies/procedures are current and aligned with the highest medical/industry standards
- Administratively supports the Director, Global Medical Operations
- Demonstrates commitment to the goals set within the Global Crisis Management Department
What you will need to succeed:
- +3 years of Occupational Health or Public Health field
- +5 Years as supervisor/manager in related field
- Clinical supervision or management skills
- Excellent personal communication and diplomacy skills
- Solid computer, social media and presentation skills
- Medical professional with the ability to manage sensitive and/or complex situations
- RN license in State of California
- CPR/BLS certification
Education is important to us, here is what we are looking for…
- Bachelor’s Degree-RN
It Would be a plus if you had these skills…
- Experience managing or working with a Union work force
- 2-5 years nursing experience in Emergency medicine or Critical Care
- COHN
- Master’s Degree in Nursing

The hiring range for this position in California is $78,200.00 - $104,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
