Job Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant is a key member of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s Executive Office, reporting directly to the Walt Disney Animation President, and to the Director, Office of the CCO. This role acts as an extension of the Director, Office of the CCO, providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including the President, and the Chief Creative Officer. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational excellence to ensure the efficient operation of the Executive Office and enable creative and strategic leaders to focus on delivering world-class animated films.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, taking day-to-day direction from the Director, Office of the CCO to align with leadership priorities.
Assist the Director, Office of the CCO in preparing briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for executive meetings and leadership discussions.
Facilitate effective communication flow within the Executive Office and across internal and external stakeholders.
Support the President and Chief Creative Officer by managing complex administrative and logistical needs.
Coordinate and maintain highly dynamic executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management.
Schedule and organize meetings, conference rooms, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
Manage complex, multi-city travel itineraries and logistics, accounting for executive preferences and potential disruptions.
Develop and maintain tracking systems for tasks, projects, and Executive Office priorities to ensure timely execution.
Manage and process expense reports for the Executive Office in accordance with company policies (e.g., using SAP and Concur).
Coordinate logistics and assist with planning large-scale events, including lunch meetings, off-sites, and leadership team and assist with studio-wide events.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and sound judgment.
Serve as a mentor and resource to other administrative professionals, modeling excellence and best practices.
Represent Disney Animation Studios and the Executive Office with integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support within a C-level or Executive Office environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting a Chief of Staff, Executive Office, or centralized leadership team.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Professional, positive demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Handles fast-paced, high-pressure environments with steady focus.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, SAP, and Concur.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience within The Walt Disney Company or another large, complex public organization.
Familiarity with the entertainment industry, studio environments, or film production processes.
Bachelors Degree

This position is a critical partner in the Executive Office, vital for ensuring operational excellence, disciplined execution of priorities, and seamless coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values collaboration, creativity, accountability, and excellence.
The hiring range for this position in California is $72,000.00 to $96,500.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
