The Senior Product Solutions Analyst (PH) for Digital and Marketing Platforms supports the delivery and optimization of Talent Connection digital products and marketing technologies. This role partners closely with Marketing, Workforce Technology, Talent Connection teams, People Insights, Domains teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of roadmap priorities, analytics initiatives, and digital compliance operations.
This position plays a key role in managing Career Site and CRM product delivery, supporting Talent Acquisition Marketing Analytics, and maintaining cookie and domain compliance processes. The role also translates business and marketing needs into actionable technical requirements and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Roadmap Management
- Support delivery of the Career Site and CRM Talent Marketing roadmap in partnership with Phenom, Workforce Technology, Marketing, and Talent Connection teams.
- Coordinate execution across an agile roadmap, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, releases, and implementation activities.
- Translate business and marketing needs into technical requirements and solution recommendations.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release validation activities.
- Partner with vendors and internal technology teams to support platform enhancements, optimization, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and platform operations.
TA Marketing Analytics & Data Management
- Support the creation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition Marketing Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards leveraging Snowflake data sources.
- Partner closely with the People Insights team to ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, access, and security standards.
- Support accurate, scalable, and compliant reporting solutions for Talent Acquisition Marketing teams.
Cookie, Domain & Digital Compliance Management
- Support cookie consent and preference management operations using OneTrust and Adobe platforms.
- Maintain cookie management configurations supporting Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate management and maintenance of domains and vanity URLs supporting marketing campaigns, including updates, cleanup activities, and retirement processes.
- Partner with marketing, legal, privacy, and technology teams to ensure compliance with enterprise privacy and digital data standards.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing Technology, Digital Platforms, Analytics, or related technology roles.
- Experience supporting Career Site, CRM, ATS, or enterprise marketing technology platforms. Phenom experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, roadmap coordination, testing, and release management.
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development and Snowflake data environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance, access management, and compliance practices.
- Experience supporting OneTrust, Adobe platforms, or similar digital compliance technologies preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and business stakeholder groups.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $115,300.00 to $140,900.00 per year. and in Celebration, FL is $109,800.00 to $134,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
