FX is seeking a Specialist, Brand Marketing to support the execution of marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to help keep campaigns on track, support asset coordination, and ensure consistency across touchpoints. The Specialist will contribute to partner coordination, marketing asset management, and day-to-day support of campaigns across FX programming.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate global and domestic marketing efforts by managing day-to-day communication, aligning timelines and deliverables, and tracking asset flow across internal teams and external partners
Package, track, and distribute marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, timing, and alignment with FX brand standards
Support execution of marketing initiatives across consumer products, gaming, e-commerce, and related platforms, including ideating merchandise concepts, developing early product explorations, and presenting ideas to internal teams
Review incoming partner materials to ensure consistency and quality across international markets
Maintain asset matrixes and campaign tracking tools to support visibility into timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Manage project workflows, including calendars, rights tracking, deliverables, and cross-functional approvals
Conduct competitive research and share insights on industry trends and best-in-class campaigns
Requirements:
Four-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment marketing, communications, or a related field
Hands on experience with project management and workflow tools such as: Airtable, monday.com, Notion, Smartsheets, etc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly with internal and external partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving and taking initiative
Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $59,600 to $79,800per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
