- Contribute to utilization studies by collecting and organizing data such as badge swipes, reservations, and visual observations to identify opportunities to optimize space usage.
- Help develop and compare multiple space solutions (e.g., restacks, reconfigurations, densification, phased occupancy) by analyzing capacity, specialty requirements, and employee experience considerations.
- Coordinate with Design & Delivery and Operations partners to validate feasibility, costs, schedule impacts, and implementation details for proposed space solutions.
- Support the preparation of materials to align stakeholders on recommended solutions and assist with handoff into project execution or move coordination when construction is not required.
- Maintain accurate records of space assignments, moves, and occupancy changes, ensuring data integrity across systems and reports.
- Collaborate with internal partners, vendors, and new team members by sharing information, explaining complex concepts in clear terms, and contributing to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple options and propose practical space and occupancy solutions (problem-solver, independent worker).
- Ability to work independently under moderate guidance, managing assigned tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, early career environment (early career, independent worker).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a cross-functional, innovative, and adaptable team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data, documentation, and multiple concurrent requests.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and databases) to analyze and present occupancy and space data.
- Comfort working with stakeholders to understand workplace needs that impact space planning and interior layouts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, workplace planning, space management, business, finance, administration or other related functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
