About the Role & Program
Studio Operations in Home Mastering provides an extensive range of digital file-based solutions to support filmmaking, mastering, asset finishing, distribution, sound mixing, editorial suites, and theatre and screening facilities.
We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our Studio Operations in Home Mastering team for the summer term. The selected candidate will actively contribute to strategic projects encompassing all stages of the digital supply chain.
This internship is full-time and will be based in Burbank, CA, running from May 2026 through August 2026.
What You Will Do
Support the internal mastering workflow from order creation, fulfillment, and QC in the following ways:
Identify key operational metrics and develop corresponding models and dashboards.
Refine the process of collecting and managing scorecard metrics.
Continuously improve production tools and methodologies.
Gather and analyses user requirements for software enhancements.
Document and map existing workflows.
Administrative responsibilities include supporting work order creation, providing daily ad hoc assistance, and collecting requirements, assets, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Background in working with AI, video, and audio technologies.
Able to think strategically about end-to-end workflows, proposing and implementing improvements for operational efficiency.
Excels in fast-paced settings, maintains organization under pressure, and effectively manages multiple projects by prioritizing and adapting as required.
Holds prior experience in the entertainment industry.
Education
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Media, Cinema or Business-related
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Must provide full work availability from June through August 2026.
Must provide own housing and transportation, position is located in Burbank, CA.
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
