The Hive, is the in-house Creative Advertising agency at The Walt Disney Company. They specialize in creating marketing assets for all of the Disney brands, including Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney Live Action, Disney+, Pixar, Disney Animation, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight, Disney Corporate and more.
What You Will Do:
- Support Manager of Project Mgmt & Business Operations with daily tasks, including office supply ordering, DoorDash orders, and other support as needed.
- Provides day-to-day support to the production team, helping with administrative tasks, logistics, and coordination.
- Support all stages of AV marketing including asset gathering, motion graphic creation, editorial and finishing.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for all AV materials including music, copy, narration, motion graphics and other
- Interface with Creative Directors, Producers, Associate Producers, Coordinators, Assistant Editors, Music Supervisors, and Motion Graphics artists
- Assist in writing copy for projects as needed
- Assist in giving notes and feedback on cuts to editors
- Prioritize and coordinate the needs of the project
- Support Associate Producers
- Help track and maintain project related deadlines and project calendar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn

- Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and discernment
- Open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Desire to build experience in Creative Advertising

Required Education:
- Undergraduate Junior or Senior majoring in Marketing or Communications or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank for the duration of the program.
- The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through August 2026.
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
