Main Street, a Disney Creative Agency is the award-winning, in-house agency that develops creative strategies and solutions to support Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Main Street is dedicated to helping promote the business while building the Disney brand. Our competitive advantage is an intimate knowledge of, and unique integration within, each Parks & Resorts business. Account Management serves as the bridge between the business, Marketing & Sales Strategy leadership, and the Creative and Production teams (both internal and external), adding value to the marketing and creative direction/delivery.
We are seeking an Account Manager that will support Disney Cruise Line. The role is full time and will sit onsite in Celebration, FL reporting to the Mgr-Account Mgmt.
Responsibilities/You will:
Understand our needs, ensuring strategy is sound and providing solutions that address the problems that clients are asking the agency to help solve.
Set the agency up for success by managing client expectations, project timing, and direction.
Lead creative strategy based on relevant consumer insights resulting in a clear brief to activate creatives.
Partner with Project Management in keeping clients updated and engaging leadership to maintain momentum toward deliverables.
Maintain assignment budgets to ensure work isn't exceeding approved funds.
Work with internal agency peers to contribute to the development of creative solutions that deliver the brief and move the business forward.
Fully understand our client's brand, providing thought partnership through knowledge of their business and effective marketing solutions.
Build relationships with your client and discipline partners through combination of face-to-face interactions and electronic communications.
Required Qualifications/You will have:
4+ more years of professional marketing, ad agency, brand management, media, or related experience.
Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each.
Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
Keep current on the pulse of the ad industry.
Knowledge of brand management and advertising for consumer brands.
Knowledge of consumer research tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish, French and/or Portuguese language fluency
Cross functional experience interacting with internal and external partners in an ad agency setting
Strong computer software skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working with a variety of media channels including print, video/audio, OOT, TV and overall awareness
Knowledge of Disney Cruise Line products and operations
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $91,000.00 to $121,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
