About the Role & Team
The Business Systems Analyst is a valued member of the Business Systems Management (BSM) team within Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member Experience. The BSM team serves as the technical and operational subject matter expert, supporting the strategic integration and ongoing sustainment of DVC systems. This includes enabling the delivery of innovative products, experiences, and tools that elevate both the Cast and Member experience.
As a key liaison between the DVC Member Experience and DVC Technology Leadership teams, the Business Systems Analyst fosters effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving system reliability, optimizing operational workflows, and bridging business needs with technology capabilities through a strong commitment to system excellence.
You will report to the Manager, Business Systems Integration.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
The Business Systems Analyst partners closely with DVC business, technology, and integration teams to ensure systems effectively support day-to-day operations and long-term priorities. This role focuses on system performance, testing, communication, and continuous improvement while supporting Cast Members and leadership with clear insights and reliable solutions.
Partner with Business Operations, Technology, and Integration teams to align system functionality with operational priorities.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for releases, enhancements, and incident resolutions, ensuring requirements are met and defects are documented.
Communicate system performance, outages, and release updates to DVC leadership and technology partners.
Analyze system performance and document findings to identify integration, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
Support the implementation and enhancement of digital tools through cross-functional collaboration.
Assist with system sustainment efforts, prioritizing fixes and enhancements that impact the Cast and Member experience.
Develop training materials and provide subject matter expert (SME) support to Cast Members and stakeholders.
Contribute to special projects, presentations, and documentation supporting leadership and cross-functional planning.
Maintain working knowledge of systems used across Disney Vacation Club.
Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership at various levels.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience supporting operations applications or similar.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and communicate incidents and resolutions effectively across all levels of leadership.
Advanced proficiency in computer systems and internet-based applications.
Passion for continuous improvement in IT systems from an operational perspective.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly, work independently, and collaborate within diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative to make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
Flexibility to work varied schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotational on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a system or technical support role.
Familiarity with Disney Vacation Club systems.
Experience with troubleshooting methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis.
Experience developing automated forms and workflows in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Experience using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
A Master’s Degree is preferred

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, Florida is $68,600.00 to $91,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
