Strategically plan, align key stakeholders around and creatively execute Disney Vacation Club Member-focused content across multiple platforms, including Disney Files Magazine, the Disney Files On Demand YouTube playlist, Disney Vacation Club social media channels, DisneyVacationClub.com and other digital communications vehicles. Cross-platform creative responsibilities may include concept development, writing, editing, filming and hosting. Effectively and efficiently leverage these platforms to support key business initiatives and updates, including Member events and special offers, Disney Vacation Club developments (from resorts to sales/discovery centers), and more.
Beyond promoting Member events, lead efforts to expand the reach of those events across our communications platforms – planning and executing photo shoots, video-content captures, publication features and social campaigns.
Play a leading role in managing – and creatively developing strategic content in support of – other Disney Vacation Club Marketing teams, as well as key business partnerships.
This position reports to the Manager, Creative Content.

What You Will Do:
Develop and produce engagement-generating printed and digital content concepts that are innovative, on brand, on budget and on schedule.
Work closely with the Manager, Creative Content to review/evolve departmental creative and strategy, improve creative workflows and efficiencies, and research/recommend new resources as needed.
Participate in creative and strategic brainstorming development, in partnership with integrated teams on developing custom Disney Vacation Club experiences, optimizing product offerings and driving the go-to-market approach for Member satisfaction and engagement.
Serve as a show writer/director for special programming aboard the Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise.
Champion and manage development/activation of integrated marketing communication plans and activities by leading cross-discipline teams - with an audience engagement focus
Track content and marketing activations performance, reporting on results and proactively identifying improvement/optimization opportunities.
Develop presentations for senior management.
Maintain subject matter expertise on Disney Vacation Club audience and industry while staying up to date on Disney corporate priorities, as well as digital content trends, to ensure the team is delivering the most relevant and engaging content.
Continuously strengthen our team’s reputation as collaborators of choice for partners across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Demonstrated experience in custom content creation, production, post-production and multi-platform marketing in a collaborative environment, including experience as a writer or editor of written content such as blogs, newspaper or magazine editorials.
Excellent written, verbal, graphic, and visual/editorial storytelling skills are essential.
Must operate with the highest integrity, be highly collaborative, and able to lead, inspire, and motivate individuals and teams. This is a highly collaborative, creative position.
Budgeting, time management, multi-tasking, reasoning, proofing, and problem-solving skills essential.
Understanding of current and emerging/relevant social and non-linear platforms, and new technologies.
