Disney Cruise Line’s Pricing & Revenue Management team is responsible for fleet-wide pricing, revenue planning, and inventory optimization across shipboard experiences. This role is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn how data informs business decisions in a dynamic operational environment.
This internship is a full-time, nine-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from August/September 2026 – June 2027.
What You Will Do
As a Pricing & Revenue Management Intern, you will support initiatives that help analyze Guest spending, identify revenue opportunities, and inform pricing strategies. You will work closely with analysts and leadership to apply data-driven thinking to real business challenges.
Learn how data is used to inform pricing and revenue decisions in a real‑world business environment
Gain hands‑on exposure to analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel
Develop skills to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Understand how cross‑functional teams collaborate to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with Excel (required) and interest in learning data tools such as SQL, Python, and/or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with curiosity about using data to answer business questions
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualification:
Exposure to SQL, Python, Tableau, or other data and business intelligence tools
Experience working with data sets through academic projects, internships, or similar hands‑on learning experiences
Interest in pricing, revenue management, or analytics
Familiarity with or interest in the travel, hospitality, or consumer‑focused industries
Disney College Program or Disney Intern Alumni
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
This internship is a full-time, nine-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from August/September 2026 – June 2027.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area
Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work for the duration of the program
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour.
