As the Marketing Strategy Coordinator for Golden Oak, you will develop strategies and tactics to support new and resale home sales. In this role, you will assist with the development and execution of marketing plans that drive demand, engage consumers and generate business results. You will partner with teams across numerous marketing disciplines, including Customer Engagement, Digital & Tech, Public Relations, a creative agency, and Sales. Additionally, you will regularly track and analyze tactics and programs to help optimize plans.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy for Emerging Businesses.

Responsibilities  /What You Will Do:

  • Partner with a marketing agency to manage the development of marketing collateral, paid media ads and social tactics

  • Partner with Customer Engagement team to plan and launch paid media support

  • Manage the Golden Oak Facebook page by creating a content plan, developing the content (through an agency), and then posting the content

  • Coordinate website updates, partnering with Digital team to ensure content and messaging is timely and accurate

  • Coordinate asset needs for marketing and sales channels: photos, video, collateral, social posts, copy, etc.

  • Coordinate necessary approvals of marketing creative and sales collateral

  • Assist in the management of internal/external requests for information and assets

  • Maintain marketing calendars and create reports for leadership

  • Assist with presentations and planning documents

  • Perform competitive research

  • Gather and analyze marketing data

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of consumer marketing experience

  • Demonstrated technical Marketing knowledge and skills to develop and execute marketing & sales plans

  • Ability to think critically and strategically

  • Highly organized with the ability to project-manage a high-volume, fast-paced portfolio of tactical programs balancing strategies, details and budgets

  • Proven analytical skills to analyze performance of marketing tactics and business results

  • Ability to develop positive partnerships in and out of marketing to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communications, plus excellent listening skills and superior professionalism.

  • Demonstrated goal orientation and agile response to evolving business needs.

  • Computer Proficiency (Power Point, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consumer marketing experience

  • Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy or related field

  • Previous marketing experience in travel industry or real estate development

  • Previous work experience at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products

  • Previous experience with social media and Sprinklr

  • MBA or equivalent
