What You Will Do
As a Marketing Strategy Intern, you will be an important member of the Latin America Consumer Direct team striving to drive visitation and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Disney Cruise Line!
Interpreting internal and external data to understand market trends
Helping research, analyze and build reports that identify business opportunities
Leading projects that increase relevance, intent to visit and conversion to our business
Collaborating with multiple teams on the development and execution of marketing initiatives
Providing strategic input on content to be used in multi-channel projects (broadcast and digital integrations, celebrity and influencers outreach, in-country promotions, etc.)
Required Qualifications & Skills
Passion for the Latin America market and Consumer
Ability to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience building positive inter-departmental relationships to achieve results
Proficiency with project management, marketing communications and business analysis
Proven written and verbal business communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
MBA in Marketing or Communication is a plus
Knowledge of the Latin America market
Education
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Junior, Senior, or a recent graduate pursuing a degree/major in Marketing, Business or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney Program
Additional Information
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Fully available to work FULL TIME hours (approximately 40 per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule for the duration of the internship
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
