About the Role & Program:

The BP&IP (Business Process & Integration Planning) Process and Knowledge team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic development across processes, content management, and tools. Their primary objective is to facilitate the effective dissemination of information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise utilizing ServiceNow/D Tools HR. Furthermore, the team is responsible for delivering HR services and managing workflow through self-service tools, enhancing accessibility and efficiency for all stakeholders. 

The BP&IP Process & Knowledge team is also entrusted with the strategic development and ongoing maintenance of the GHRO knowledge base, which serves leaders, employees, and HR partners. This includes ensuring that information remains accurate, relevant, and accessible. Additionally, the team is tasked with crafting and executing the vision for an optimal end user experience within GHRO, striving for seamless interactions and satisfaction. The anticipated outcome of these efforts is an integrated Employee Experience, achieved through the consolidation of technologies and the implementation of unified, efficient processes. 

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 – January 2027.

What You Will Do:

  • Write and maintain content for the GHRO knowledge portfolios in collaboration with content owners

  • Author specialized articles, providing targeted information to users 

  • Participate actively in the review and approval process for knowledge articles and D Tools HR content, overseeing their progression from initial conception to final implementation 

  • Communicate with and follow up with partners who submit knowledge articles, keeping them informed about the status of their submissions 

  • Collaborate with relevant leaders, both internally and externally, to secure approval for content and ensure its alignment with organizational standards

  • Engage in special projects as assigned, supporting the team’s evolving needs and objectives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in content/article creation and editing – Strong professional writing skills  

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude with a proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach to work

  • Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and reliability in all tasks 

  • Strong written communication abilities, with keen attention to detail and follow-through 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with HTML

  • Experience working within an HR organization or currently pursuing studies in HR 

  • Previous experience using Adobe Suite

  • Comfortable using AI (Copilot)

  • Professional Project Management Certification

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Professional Writing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information:

  • Candidate must be fully available to work full timehours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.

  • This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.

  • Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
