What You Will Do
This position is responsible for ensuring all Cast/Employees are paid accurately and timely through various payroll processes including: off-cycle processing, banking and deduction changes, garnishment setups, quota changes, and uploads. This position works closely with all areas of the Operations Team, various Time Teams, HRIS partners, and 3rd party vendors. This position will be the backup for garnishments and quotas.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Process payroll changes, run payroll reports, handle banking and deduction processes, check controller, and help out with adjustments, garnishments and quotas.
- Employee Support – Provide customer service to Cast Members on escalated cases from GHRO and via email.
- Process Improvement – Develop and maintain process improvements that streamline operations, reduce manual entry for various areas of the Operations team.
- Compliance & Backup Coverage – Serve as backup for garnishment and quota processing/reporting to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience
- 2+ years Payroll experience
- Understanding of Payroll processes
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Work experience with large employer with more than 20,000 employees
- Shared Services environment
- Understanding of Alteryx workflows
- Strong understanding of payroll rules
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new programs, applications, processes and provide process improvement ideas
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle high volume of work in a deadline driven environment
- SAP experience
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
Desired Education/Certifications
- CPP Certification
- Alteryx Certification
