Job Summary:

Disney Experiences Intelligence (DXi) influences data-driven and consumer-centric decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights across Disney Experiences. As a Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Insights, you will lead a team that delivers analytics and insights that drive marketing and sales recommendations and uncovers opportunities to grow the business, oversee teams that bridge data across systems, partner cross-functionally, and translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories that inform decision making.

The role reports to the Director, Analytics and is based in Celebration, FL.

You Will / Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision, strategic direction, and mentorship for a team of Sales Analytics & Insights professionals

  • Manage prioritization for direct reports and adjust effectively to changing business priorities

  • Understand business objectives and lead deep dive analyses across sales channels and sales-related systems

  • Support business partners through regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses; act as subject matter expert for sales data

  • Develop and assess incentive structures, including nets and commissions, for third-party clients

  • Interpret and report performance as part of a holistic business story, inclusive of observations, key insights, and recommendations

  • Develop relationships with partner analytics teams to enable holistic storytelling

  • Create compelling presentations that package quantitative and qualitative analysis into clear, compelling stories for leadership

  • Develop new efficiencies and processes for delivering insights to senior leaders

  • Develop and evaluate annual sales performance goals while identifying risks and opportunities to the business

  • Partner across DXi to deliver leading indicators for the broader commercial organization

  • Evaluate sales-related challenges and identify considerations within the broader business context

You Will Have / Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of analytical experience

  • Demonstrated leadership across direct and indirect reporting relationships

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive actionable insights and translate findings into recommendations

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Consumer Insights, Legal, and other areas of the company

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders

  • Ability to identify and handle issues proactively and decisively with limited direction and oversight, while communicating consistently to executive leadership

  • Ability to lead analytical work from ideation to completion and function effectively in an environment of ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel, hospitality, or destination-based business experience

  • Sales analytics experience

  • Ability to quickly synthesize complex business contexts

  • Ability to establish credibility with partners

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills

  • Experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools

  • Understanding of the growing role of AI in the analytics space and experience adopting new capabilities

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience


Preferred Education:

Master’s degree in related area

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $ $145,900.00 to $195,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
