Are you passionate about driving consumer-facing strategies with direct impact on the Walt Disney world business? As a Senior Pricing Analyst, Food & Beverage, you will support the analysis and execution of pricing initiatives that directly impact the Guest experience and business performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, support strategic decisions, and drive profitable growth across the Food & Beverage portfolio in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities 

It is our mission to deliver analytics, insights, and pricing strategies that enable financial goals while supporting long-term business objectives. In this role, you will: 

  • Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate pricing initiatives, measure business performance, and identify improvement opportunities 

  • Support the implementation and project management of pricing initiatives to ensure a smooth and effective go-to-market process 

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Food & Beverage Operations, Finance, Commercial Strategy, and other teams to ensure alignment and sustained success 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Experience within Food & Beverage or a related consumer-facing industry 

  • 2+ years of relevant business/revenue management analytics or sufficient years of internal pricing-related experience 

  • Proven experience using SQL (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights for partners at all levels 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate work with minimal supervision 

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability 

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Pricing or revenue management experience 

  • Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings 

  • Experience using Python to automate processes, build financial models, aggregate data sources, etc. 

  • Demonstrated leadership or project ownership experience 

Required Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience 

Preferred Education 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
