Travel Industry Marketing Strategy leads the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Business-to- Consumer Marketing Strategy, Go-to-Market Approach, and distribution across all Domestic Sales Channels and several third-party relationships for Walt Disney World Resort. We deepen understanding of the product and drive conversion to deliver on business goals.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 – January 2027
What You Will Do
Partner with various cross-functional teams to ensure our presence across marketing, advertising, and communication channels supports key business objectives
Coordinate and handle a variety of projects to accelerate conversion and drive the business
Execute marketing strategies across multiple Sales Channels
Lead Distribution Marketing projects with internal and/or external creative agencies to go-to-market on time and on budget
Assist with overall distribution of marketing messages
Interpret data to report on effectiveness of campaigns, understand trends, and optimize results. Assist in research, analytics, and providing reports
Assist with building various PowerPoint reports on recent marketing tactic performance and upcoming initiatives
Track industry trends and social-media benchmarks
Support creative efforts, including online and offline collateral development, photo, and video shoots
Required Qualifications & Skills
Team collaboration and partnership skills while turning conflict into positive resolution
Personal leadership: demonstrate initiative while working independently and balancing multiple priorities
Ability to craft and present a compelling, engaging, and strategic business story
Strong verbal, written communication, and project management skills, with a passion for attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills while proactively offering ideas and solutions
Strong social media/digital knowledge with an understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Disney Experience
Previous Marketing Internship experience
Education
Current Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026-January 2027
Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL $22.50 per hour.
