Principal Accountabilities:
- Facilitate communication between Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Oriental Land Company (OLC) and Contractors as part of the overall project execution process. Assist with clarification, as needed.
- Communicate daily with WDI Project Team and monitor the progress of field activities against the schedule and report deviations to OLC and Contractors.
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities and report exceptions and potential impact to the field need date to WDI Project Team.
- Attend project meetings (including impromptu meetings and daily project field meetings) and disseminate the plan to the project team. Follow up on critical issues immediately.
- Assist WDI Project Manager in coordinating meetings, site walks, buy-offs and integration activities.

- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required)
- 2 years or more experience in Themed Entertainment development (preferred but not required)
The position will be a one-year full-time contract with renewal up to a total of three years.
