About the Role
You'll join the DCP Finance team supporting our business in the Philippines (PH) and across the South Asia Pacific cluster. The team partners closely with the Commercial team, Controllership, and Accounting Shared Services to keep the business running smoothly — from planning and forecasting to financial reporting and closing.
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager and PH Finance Lead, the Finance Analyst will support the licensing and retail business in the Philippines, with a primary focus on forecasting, business performance analysis, and day-to-day finance support. The role will also contribute to Regional Finance activities across the South Asia Pacific cluster.
Responsibilities:
Philippines — Consumer Products (Licensing) & Retail
- Prepare and consolidate financial planning and reporting deliverables (forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc submissions) for Regional, APAC, and Global Finance
- Perform detailed analyses of business performance, providing meaningful insights and variance analysis
- Support Commercial team and licensees on contract administration, forecasting, and royalty reporting related matters
- Partner with Controllership and Accounting Shared Services to support quarterly financial closing
- Track the finance performance of retail business regularly, including sales, shipments, and inventory
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as needed
South Asia Pacific Regional — Consumer Products (Licensing)
- Perform regular refresh of financial reports to support analysis and closing activities carried out by the regional and local Finance teams
- Monitor licensee submissions across the region and follow up to keep things on schedule
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as needed
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance function
- Experience in licensing, retail, or consumer products is an advantage
- Sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong with Excel, comfortable learning new financial systems and software (SAP, Cognos etc)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork/partnering ability
- Ability to simplify and convey complex business issues to engage and influence partners
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
