About the Role & Team
We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Employee Services team on a 6‑month contract. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help deliver high-quality employee experiences across the MENA region.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, balancing high-volume transactional work with opportunities to improve processes. Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners, you’ll help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery aligned with local requirements and global standards.
This role will be based in our Dubai office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Provide timely, accurate support on HR queries across the employee lifecycle (e.g., leave, pay changes, onboarding, offboarding) via multiple channels (case system, email, chat, in person)
Process HR transactions and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local legislation
Support leave of absence cases, payroll inputs, contract documentation, and benefits administration
Manage high-volume data changes in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), ensuring completion and data integrity
Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) and external providers (e.g., benefits, visa partners) to resolve queries
Maintain and update process documentation, including SOGs (Standard Operating Guides), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and support Data Subject Requests (DSRs) in line with GDPR and company processes, ensuring appropriate handling and escalation
Support visa processing and contingent workforce administration, including vendor coordination and payment processes
Deliver a high standard of customer service, handling sensitive information with discretion and care
Assist with reporting, system testing, and identifying process or system improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a shared services/customer service environment
Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to apply policies and local legislation (UAE experience is a plus)
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills across regions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and identifying areas for improvement
